Your free account and privacy.

Why we ask for your email

If you choose to create an account, we use your email address and an account identifier to verify sign-in and provide your community account page. The page links to Discord and describes the upcoming app. Sign-in codes are sent by email. Secure session cookies keep you signed in on your browser.

Creating this account does not subscribe you to marketing emails or projection notifications. Interactive tools and paid access are not available through the free account.

The services that make it work

• Supabase manages account authentication and sessions, and security-limit records.
• Resend delivers your sign-in email.
• Render hosts the app and serves the community page.
• Cloudflare provides the domain and DNS, hosts our main website, and checks sign-in requests through Turnstile.

These providers process information needed to deliver and protect the service, including request and network information. Their operational logs and backups have their own retention practices.

Sign-in security and browser storage

We limit repeated sign-in attempts using keyed identifiers derived from the email address and a network-address bucket, alongside attempt times and allowance state. These security-limit records do not store the raw email address or network address. The identifiers are pseudonymous, not anonymous.

The app uses necessary authentication cookies. The community page does not add advertising or audience-analytics scripts. Visiting a link can still create normal request records with the destination service.

Discord is separate

The Discord link is optional. Joining the MAP LABS server takes place on Discord and is governed by Discord’s own account and privacy practices. Creating a MAP LABS account does not automatically create or join a Discord account.

Questions or account-data requests

Email maplabsanalytics@gmail.com for account, privacy, or deletion requests. Self-service account deletion is not available in the app. We do not promise an automatic deletion deadline or immediate removal from provider logs and backups.

This notice covers the free community account. Paid tools and checkout are not opened by signing up here.
